Location: Bellshill | Schedule: Monday-Friday | Hours: 40 hours per week
Are you passionate about developing others and fostering team growth? We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Blow Moulding Site Trainer to elevate the skills, safety, and technical expertise of our Blow Moulding team at Bellshill.
What You'll Do
In this dynamic role, you will:
* Deliver engaging training sessions for both new and existing Blow Mould Technicians.
* Coach colleagues on safe working practices, machine start-up/shut down, and quality checks.
* Support onboarding by conducting both on-the-job and classroom-based training.
* Maintain up-to-date training records and contribute to our Learning & Development system.
* Collaborate with Shift Managers to identify skill gaps and create clear development plans.
* Enhance training processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Bring
We’re looking for someone who has:
* Experience delivering training in a manufacturing or technical environment.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively coach others.
* Strong organizational skills and the confidence to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
* Train the Trainer certification (essential).
* IOSH, L&D qualifications, or Blow Moulding experience (advantageous).
