Here at GXO, were recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to support our Segen operation at Medway. This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 16:00 00:00, where youll lead and motivate warehouse colleagues to deliver safe, efficient and compliant operations while consistently meeting operational KPIs.

Were looking to offer a salary of £34,663.20, plus a 15% uplift for hours worked between 22:00 and 00:00, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts
What youll do on a typical day:
* Lead, motivate and support warehouse colleagues to deliver strong shift performance
* Ensure all warehouse activities are carried out safely and in line with SOPs and customer requirements
* Monitor productivity, quality and service levels, taking corrective action where required
* Deliver shift briefings, coaching and performance feedback to support colleague development
* Work closely with management and support teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement
What you need to succeed at GXO:

* Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role within warehousing or logistics
* Strong people management and communication skills
* Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, time-critical environment
* Good understanding of health & safety and warehouse operational processes
* A proactive, resilient approach with a passion for driving performance and standards
* MHE training or willingness to learn
