A key figure within the site, youll take the lead on all areas of the warehouse operation. From planning and managing resources to implementing improvements and maintaining a safe and efficient environment, youll help us deliver excellence for our customers. Youll give your best for your team, too fostering a people-first culture and making sure theyve got all the tools, support and training they need.

A performance and people-focused leader whos led a sizeable warehouse function before, youve got all the tools to thrive in this role:
* a track record in effective resource and cost management
* the ability to create and implement plans that improve things for customers and colleagues alike
