It is imperative the applicants have recent experience of working as a Cover Teacher and have experience working within a PRU setting and teaching learners with SEMH. The most ideal Cover Teacher with Behaviour Experience will confidently step in when a teacher is absent, help pupils to complete pre-prepared exercises. As a Cover Teacher with Behaviour Experience you will also be responsible for maintaining a harmonious classroom with limited disruptions and ensuring that pupils are motivated to complete their work.
