Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Aberdeen. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, performing clerical duties, and supporting senior team members in a professional and efficient manner. Additional responsibilities include ensuring effective communication and providing essential administrative support to maintain smooth office operations.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
* Strong Communication and Phone Etiquette skills
* Experience with Clerical and organizational skills
* Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
* Familiarity with standard office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
* Professional demeanor and the ability to interact with clients and stakeholders
* Prior experience in financial or professional services is a plus
* Relevant certifications or a background in administrative support is advantageous
