We are recruiting a Family Support Practitioner to work directly with children, young people and families, helping to create positive, sustainable change at the earliest opportunity.
The role
* Work alongside families using a strengths-based, solution-focused approach
* Deliver targeted interventions to support emotional, social and behavioural needs
* Act as a key point of contact for families, coordinating support with partner agencies
* Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns in line with procedures
* Maintain clear and accurate case records
About you
* Level 3 qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field
* Experience working with children, young people and families
* Confident identifying risk and supporting families with complex needs
* Strong communication, organisation and record-keeping skills
* Committed to safeguarding, equality and collaborative working
