FCRMS Asset Management Business Systems Team Senior Advisor

We are looking for a Senior Advisor to lead the Asset Management Business Systems Team (AMBST) in delivering carbon management solutions across our infrastructure programme and asset management portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Support EA and external users of operational carbon tools.
* Manage and deliver a range of services to users of carbon tools.
* Agree and maintain services with a variety of user groups.
* Act as a senior product user for digital improvement projects of our carbon tools and data.
* Plan and manage user activities in the implementation of carbon tool changes and improvements.
* Manage resources and funding for carbon tools support and maintenance.
* Engage with operational carbon communities and national leads as required.
* Collaborate with IT suppliers, EA business leads, DDTS and external partners such as local authorities, water companies and the civil engineering supply chain.
Team
The AMBST is part of the Digital, Data and Evidence team and is responsible for managing several Asset Management IT systems including AIMS PD PoL, PAFs, RMA Portal, FastDraft, Co‑Space, Asite (BIM Document Management) and SBMT. The team provides system administration, user support and an advisory role on IT projects, working with suppliers, DDTS, EA business leads and users to deliver efficient asset management outcomes.
Experience & Skills Required
* Experience in asset management and/or infrastructure business processes.
* Experience in digital tool development or user implementation services.
* Experience in development of training and documentation.
* Knowledge and skills in stakeholder engagement and effective communications.
* Ability to identify, analyse, evaluate and implement improved ways of working.
* Decision‑making and problem‑solving skills for complex business problems.
* Strong focus on efficiency, innovation and quality.
* Strong customer focus and ability to build and sustain relationships.
* Self‑management and initiative.
Additional Information
All candidates must undertake training and be available to participate in incident response. Fully funded opportunities for further academic or professional qualifications are available. Interviews will be scheduled from week commencing 1st December 2025.
