We’re hiring Flexi/Bendi, Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join our automotive manufacturing client in Newbury. If you’re looking for stability, great pay and the chance to be part of a team that keeps production moving, this could be the role for you.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a clear shift pattern you can count on. You’ll play a vital role in the warehouse operation, working in a fast-paced setting where efficiency, safety and teamwork make all the difference.

Static Shifts Available:
5. AM: 06:00am to 14:00pm
6. PM: 14:00pm to 22:00pm
7. Nights: 22:00pm to 06:00am
8. Monday to Friday (39hrs per week)

Duties Required:
10. Operated FLT to pick, pack, load and unload products and materials.
11. Moved and stacked stock for storage or shipment, ensuring safe transport to production areas.
12. Inspected and maintained machinery, reporting damages and deficiencies as required.
13. Completed inventory checks, activity logs, and associated paperwork.
14. Ensured compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and maintained a clean, orderly workspace.
15. Parked and secured all vehicles at the end of each shift.
Qualification & Skills Required:
16. Flexi/Bendi, Reach or Counterbalance Forklift Licence required.
17. Previous experience working in a Production or Warehouse environment is required.
18. Physically fit due to nature of work.
