The Role: We are seeking a personable, results-driven and organised individual to join our team as a Debt Caseworker in the Breckland area. You will provide a comprehensive assessment and advice service on all debt-related matters to our diverse clients, addressing potentially complex issues face-to-face in Breckland and the surrounding area. The role entails ongoing casework providing optimal financial outcomes for our clients. What we are looking for: We will provide full training. However, we will favour applicants who demonstrate the following experience: · Comprehensive understanding and application of equality, diversity, and inclusion principles in accredited advice provision · Ability to recognise safeguarding concerns and facilitate appropriate referrals. · Proficiency in addressing various advice issues, particularly in welfare benefits (including Universal Credit), Debt, Housing and Employment · Strong IT skills to support clients in accessing information using IT systems. · Prior experience as an accredited adviser in a similar work environment · Experience in supporting volunteers.
