Wednesbury Site
The Wednesbury site in West Midlands is our newest advanced manufacturing site. We invested around £4.7 million into state‑of‑the‑art facilities. The site is a flagship Added Value centre, employing over 150 talented individuals who help supply some of the UK’s largest supermarkets and popular restaurants.

About the Role
As a Process Leader you’ll manage production processes and staff to meet Safety, Quality, Training, Productivity and Cost targets consistently and cost‑effectively. You will be a key player in the Production Department, driving and managing your line to meet customer needs with required quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
* Organise and motivate production staff to achieve full potential and ensure effective staffing.
* Ensure all staff, including new hires, are trained, developed, and documentation is completed.
* Achieve agreed quality standards and ensure the product is consistently produced to the agreed specification.
* Continuously develop and improve production processes, implementing new initiatives.
* Monitor KPI data, complete reports and present daily performance in KPI meetings.
* Escalate issues in a timely manner through key personnel, including production schedulers.
* Plan daily board and rota for staff.
* Address staffing issues effectively, consistently and fairly.
Qualifications
* Experience working in a fast‑paced production environment.
* Excellent communication skills with strong literacy and numeracy.
* Self‑motivated, positive working attitude.
* Reliable with ability to build good working relationships.
* Practical problem‑solving approach.
* Team player able to work with minimal supervision and approachable to staff.
