BPI Global Insights is growing! We are looking for talented, committed and ambitious individuals to join us as Research Executives. The Global Insights team solves complex problems to make communications better. We are experts in message testing and narrative development and pride ourselves in turning smart insights into actionable advice for clients across various sectors.
The salary on offer is between £26,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience) plus a wide range of additional benefits. This role is based in Berkhamsted, with occasional national and international travel. The office is near Berkhamsted station and the working pattern currently includes in-office and remote days. The successful candidate must have permission to work in the UK by start date.
Responsibilities
* Exposed to the entire research process from brief to debrief, supporting client projects in research development, fieldwork and analysis
* Conduct 1-2-1 interviews to understand what employees want from work
* Set up, run and analyse focus groups to understand consumers\' attitudes toward the energy transition, including drafting discussion guides, screening respondents and observing sessions
* Analyse survey data to provide audience insights for clients
* Draft debrief notes and PowerPoint decks summarising key findings for clients
Research Executives work across a variety of tools and projects; the role can vary considerably. You will learn quickly, be trained and supported by a close-knit team, and work directly with senior leadership to develop new skills.

* Willingness to work flexibly and adapt quickly while maintaining excellent attention to detail
* Numerate with comfort handling complex projects and both quantitative and qualitative data
* Strong IT skills in data handling and analysis and in presenting findings (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Often a strong degree with some experience in primary research and project management; or relevant work experience in market research or communications
* Diverse academic backgrounds are welcomed; share your interests and the skills you can bring to the team
* Full training and mentoring will be provided; a proactive, self-starter attitude is expected

Location and travel: The role is based in Berkhamsted (HP4) with potential national and international travel. The office is a short walk from Berkhamsted station on the Milton Keynes Central - London Euston Northwestern line. Current pattern includes in-office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday with some work-from-home on Wednesday and Friday. In the UK, you must have permission to work by the start date.
