Our Early Years Educators are the backbone of Kingwood Children - they bring their knowledge, experience and natural enthusiasm to deliver outstanding teaching and learning, enabling children to achieve their full potential. We encourage our Educators to work collaboratively and in an inclusive style: supporting and mentoring less experienced team members.
