Are you passionate about supporting individuals to sustain their tenancies and improve their housing oues? We’re looking for two dedicated Tenancy Advisors to join a dynamic team delivering high-quality housing support services across Scotland.
Your new role
Tenancy Advisor (2 Roles Available)
Glenrothes
Role 1 – Full-time, fixed term until March 2026
Role 2 – Part-time (approx. 18–21 hours/week), fixed term until December 2025
1. Deliver excellent customer service across multiple channels
2. Manage housing applications and allocate properties in line with policy
3. Conduct property viewings, tenancy sign-ups, and post-allocation visits
4. Support tenants at all stages—from application to move-in and tenancy end
5. Handle tenancy deposits, void property utilities, and termination processes
6. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure successful tenancies
7. Identify opportunities for service improvement and customer support referrals
8. Ensurepliance with housing legislation and internal procedures
What you'll need to succeed
9. HNC level qualification in a relevant discipline, housing qualification, or equivalent experience
10. Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience
11. Background in a customer-focused role
12. High level of accuracy and attention to detail
13. Strong digital and IT skills
14. Confident in engaging with a wide range of customers
15. Understanding of Data Protection principles
16. Knowledge of relevant housing legislation
