We’re seeking an experienced Property Manager to take stewardship of 2 unique mixed-use properties arranged around an atmospheric courtyard in the heart of London. The estate hosts a vibrant mix of small businesses — from creative studios and boutique retailers to food & beverage operators and flexible workspace occupiers — so you’ll play a central role in creating a supportive, well-managed environment where every tenant can thrive.
As the day-to-day face of the estate, you’ll need excellent communication and relationship-building skills, balancing operational oversight with long-term thinking, occupier care, and safety.
👉Your Responsibilities
1. Lead and oversee the operational management of the estate, ensuring the buildings and courtyard are maintained to the highest standards.
2. Develop strong, proactive relationships with a diverse mix of occupiers, acting as their first point of contact.
3. Coordinate all planned and reactive maintenance, managing contractors and service partners to deliver quality and value.
4. Monitor budgets, produce reports, and ensure efficient control of expenditure.
