Job Description
You'll lead multiple projects from conception to completion across a variety of sectors, including:
3. Residential new-build (private and affordable)
4. Commercial office fit-outs (CAT A and B)
5. Local government and public sector developments
Key responsibilities include:
6. Managing projects independently and ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
7. Acting as the key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams
8. Executing comprehensive contract administration (JCT-traditional and D&B)
9. Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless project delivery
10. Implementing robust risk management strategies
11. Driving reporting and performance tracking across multiple schemes
12. Contributing to a high-performing, sociable, and supportive team environment
The Successful Applicant
You should have:
13. Solid experience delivering commercial or residential projects within a consultancy or client-side environment
14. A deep understanding of JCT contract forms and project lifecycle management
15. A track record of autonomy, initiative, and client-facing delivery
16. Chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) or working towards it with clear near-term timeline
17. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
18. Experience in sectors such as residential (tight-margin schemes), public sector, local government, or commercial property
19. A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in business development and networking
