The company are continuing to expand their operations and, due to this growth, are now looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join their team.
In this varied role, you will lead engineers and service staff, manage maintenance schedules, oversee commissioning activities, and act as the key point of contact for clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
This role would suit a Maintenance or Service Manager with strong leadership skills, looking for a technically challenging and rewarding role, with opportunities to progress further within a growing organisation.
The Role:
Leading maintenance and service teams
Overseeing schedules, commissioning, and testing activities
Acting as client lead and ensuring compliance
Monday to Friday (Permanent role)
Site-based in AttleboroughThe Person:
Proven leadership/management experience in maintenance or engineering
HNC/HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety standards
