What You’ll Be Doing
Own UK Market Entry: Develop and execute a UK-specific go-to-market strategy, from identifying key segments to navigating the competitive landscape.
Drive Strategic Sales: Lead full-cycle sales efforts—prospecting, stakeholder engagement, solution selling, and closing—within financial services.
Influence Product and Positioning: Provide market feedback to help refine both local positioning and global product direction.
Build Commercial Foundations: Establish scalable sales processes, tools, and acquisition strategies tailored to the UK market.
Create Long-Term Partnerships: Cultivate trusted relationships across the finance and FinTech ecosystems, including asset managers, private banks, and family offices.
Be a Strategic Advisor: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand their needs and craft tailored SaaS solutions that deliver long-term value.
What You Bring
A proven background in selling complex B2B solutions, ideally within SaaS or financial services
Experience launching or scaling a commercial function in a new market is highly valued
Strong connections across the UK financial sector (especially family offices, private banks, asset managers)
Expertise in managing strategic sales cycles and engaging with senior-level decision-makers
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and build from scratch
Strong analytical and data-driven approach to sales strategy and decision-making
