As the Meguiar’s Activation Lead UKI within 3M’s Consumer Business Group, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, You Will Make An Impact By
* Lead the creation, execution, and measurement of a 5 Pillar Activation for the UKI
* Deeply understanding the assigned Consumer & Shopper group, their needs, wants, and shopping habits to effectively connect with them
* Collaborate with Category Development Managers, Key Account Managers, and Area Portfolio & Trade Marketing Managers to seize growth opportunities
* Develop a solid understanding of the Brand, products, and campaigns to effectively promote them.
* Building strong relationships with key marketing personnel at customer accounts and understanding their go-to-market strategies, target audiences, and operations to align marketing efforts.
* Additionally, evaluating the financial viability of marketing tactics, managing the budget, and analysing marketing performance to optimize future strategies.
Your Skills And Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet the following minimum requirements:
* Undergraduate or professional diploma preferred
* FMCG Background in Marketing
* Experience in managing teams
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
* Car industry knowledge preffered
* Curious, growth mindset
* Ability to prioritise
Job Specifics
* Location: Daventry, UK Head Office
* Travel expectations: up to 20% (domestic)
* This role has on-site working model, with the employee working at least four days a week in the office at Daventry
* Working pattern: Full time
