Your opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting children's education and development within a school setting. As a Teaching Assistant, you will assist in delivering educational programmes, helping students achieve their full potential by supporting their day-to-day learning activities
What we're looking for:
1. A good general education, including GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C or above).
2. Basic IT skills to support learning and administrative tasks.
3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to clarify instructions and engage students effectively.
4. The ability to plan, prioritise tasks, and follow teacher guidance.
5. A professional and confidential approach to working with children.
6. Strong time management and organisation skills to maintain records and assist in classroom setup.
7. A trustworthy, approachable, and passionate attitude towards making a positive impact on students’ lives.
8. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, in line with GLF Schools' policies.

Our School sits within a established cluster of schools, overseen by a Regional Director. The Details
Start Date: 5th Jan 2026
Salary: GLF Associate 2 £23,651 - £23,707
Actual Salary: £18,368.65 - £18,412.14
Hours: 32.5hrs per week Mon – Fri 8.30 – 3.30 (term time only)
