Reed Further Education are a leading recruitment agency working with colleges, prisons, universities, and training providers across the UK. We are always looking for talented/aspiring staff to join our team and help us deliver high-quality education to learners.
You’ll be delivering engaging lessons to learners aged 16+, supporting them in developing their reading, writing, and analytical skills. Whether teaching GCSE, Functional Skills, or A-Level, your expertise will help shape their academic journey.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
* A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)
* A degree in English or a related subject
* Experience teaching English in a post 16 or secondary setting (GCSE/Functional Skills/A-Level)
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* A commitment to inclusive and learner-focused education
* Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
"All candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years’ referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
