Temporary Air Conditioning Engineer - Glasgow - £20 - £28 P/H PAYE
We are currently seeking an experienced Install/Maintenance Air Conditioning Engineer to join a facilities provideron a temporary-to-permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing air conditioning systems across various sites, ensuring high standards of performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, maintain, and repair various air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs, and chillers.
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.
* Diagnose faults and carry out necessary remedial works efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety regulations and industry standards.
* Work closely with clients and contractors to deliver high-quality service.
* Keep accurate records of work completed, including job sheets and reports.
Person Specification:
* F-Gas certification (Category 1) is essential.
* Relevant NVQ Level 2/3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration or equivalent.
* Proven experience in installations, maintenance, and servicing of air conditioning systems.
* Strong understanding of HVAC systems and their operation.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication and problem-solving skills.
