About the Role
Security Administrator – Working pattern: Mon‑Fri 07:00‑15:00. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will manage office operations and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
* Fire alarm monitoring and reporting
* Act as point of control for incidents
* Monitor CCTV footage
* Conduct site patrols
* Ensure health and safety and site rules are adhered to
* Control and process guest contractors and drivers onto site
* Manage office supplies and maintain a well‑organised and tidy office environment
Ideal Candidate Criteria
* Right to work in the UK
* Valid SIA Licence
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Empathy and patience with customers
* Strong problem‑solving abilities
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Previous experience in customer service (preferred)
* Proactive, organised with keen attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual and strong work ethic
