Overview
The Assistant Merchandiser will support the Merchandiser to plan and deliver profitable, customer focused ranges across Boden Womenswear.
What You Will Do
1. Collate and analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
2. Participate in range planning meetings, confidently understanding KPIs.
3. Forecast line cards for key production lines, making recommendations.
4. Generate size ratios based on regular analysis.
5. Analyse market trends based on regular analysis.
6. Oversee the Purchase Order Management and approval process.
7. Review and monitor intake against monthly stock targets.
8. Lead weekly intake meetings.
9. Support the monthly WSSI process, ensuring OTB sheet is updated.
10. Propose markdown options and depths to clear stock profitably
11. Create and review Monday Trade packs and present in trade meetings.
12. Drive trade by identifying risks and opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
13. Passionate about a career in merchandising.
14. Experience as a Merchandising Admin Assistant.
15. Experience in proactively managing workload, prioritising, and delegating.
16. Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
17. Highly analytical with attention to detail.
18. Help coach and mentor direct line reports and provide support to more junior members of the team.
19. Experience of being part of a team and working in a busy environment.
