Kenect Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Tyre Fitter for our longstanding client based in Thurleigh. We are seeking an experienced Tyre Fitter who is able to work within an established team, working to a high standard.
Pay rate: from per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday
07:30 to 17:00
Responsibilities
1. Performing tyre diagnostics checking tyre condition, pressure and tread depth)
2. Replacing or repairing faulty tyres
3. Removing and refitting tyres/wheels
4. Checking and adjusting wheel balance, alignment and rotation
5. Adhoc duties when required Training new staff when required
Skills and expertise
6. Previous experience in a similar role as a Tyre Technician (essential)
7. Full UK Driving Licence
8. Willing to support junior techs and offer support/expertise when needed.
9. You will be passionate to work within the motor industry and take pride in their work, to the highest standards of work set by customers
10. You will need to work independently on vehicles and have experience to make decisions when required
11. Excellent attention to detail
