Are you passionate about data, compliance, and making a real difference in housing services? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Compliance and Cyclical Works Co-Ordinator to join our team and help ensure our homes and services remain safe, compliant, and customer-focused.
About us
We are an award-winning not for profit housing association that currently owns nearly 9,000 homes across County Durham. We offer more than just a home. We help improve the lives of the people living in our homes and in our places. We work hard to make sure those homes are high quality, sustainable and adaptable, while meeting tenants’ current and future aspirations. We offer support that help people into work and training and increase their financial confidence and stability.
Our Plan A sets out our strategy for a realistic path to success. It's flexible. It can cope with the things we do not yet know. Importantly it’s cohesive, ensuring we are working together with our teams, partners, tenants and residents to maximise the impact we can make by improving lives through the provision of sustainable homes and places.
About the role
As a key member of our Compliance and Cyclical Works team, you’ll be responsible for managing and analysing data across key compliance areas (including Gas, Electrical, Legionella, Fire Risk, Lifting Equipment, Smoke/CO detectors).
You will monitor legislation and best practice to keep our policies and procedures up to date, whilst supporting performance management by identifying trends and implementing improvements.
Collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused services, you will ensure the accuracy of reporting, digital data storage, and contractor monitoring.
About you
We are looking for the following key skills, knowledge and experience:
* An experienced compliance data analyst.
* Skilled in conducting in-depth market research and analysis on property trends and developments.
* The ability to generate detailed reports and data sets giving service insights and forecasts.
* Knowledge of maintenance and service contracts, and their application.
* Experience of collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations.
* Excellent communication skills across a range of mediums when dealing with customers.
