Salary : 13.35 per hour (annual review)
Weekend Rate : 13.85 per hour
Hours : 24 hours per week

Who We Are Looking For
* Experienced Senior Care Assistant: Previous senior or shift-leading experience in a care home
* Medication Trained: Confident in administering and managing medication
* Compassionate Communicator: Kind empathetic and confident supporting residents and families
* Committed to Quality Care: Dedicated to maintaining high standards and resident-first care
* Calm Creative & Resilient: Able to lead effectively during challenges and inspire your team
