We are looking for a Performance Marketing Analyst to join our team to help us manage marketing investments and identify the channels that attract the most valuable players.
You will be the analytical backbone of our performance marketing team, transforming complex data into understandable and actionable insights.
Responsibilities
* Analyze paid traffic (UA, PPC, Programmatic).
* Assess CAC, CR, FTD, and retention across channels and campaigns.
* Support A/B testing of marketing.
* LTV forecasting and ROI modeling.
* Develop dashboards and optimization recommendations.
Requirements
* Experience in performance marketing or analytics.
* Knowledge of CRM, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase (or similar systems), Excel/Sheets, and BI tools.
* Understanding paid player acquisition in iGaming is a significant advantage.
* Understanding of performance and product metrics: CPA, ROI, ARPU, LTV, Retention, Churn.
* Background in iGaming, Fintech, or performance marketing — a strong advantage.
* English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
