Your Responsibilities:
* Supporting clients with personal care, medication, and meal preparation
* Providing companionship and promoting independence
* Encouraging social engagement and emotional well-being
* Respecting individual preferences and dignity in every aspect of care
* Accurately recording visits and collaborating with colleagues
What Youll Need:
* A full UK drivers license and access to your own vehicle. This is a community position, and therefore, you will need to hold a full UK Licence and have access to your own car.
* A genuine passion for helping others
* Strong communication skills and a caring nature
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Understanding of care standards, policies, and safeguarding (training provided)
* We dont offer Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS)
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
