Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Crudgington Primary School
Crudgington Primary School, part of Learning Community Trust, is seeking to appoint an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our small, dedicated team. We are looking for a highly driven and motivated individual who can exemplify our school values of inspire, nurture, succeed.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high quality support for teaching and learning as directed by the class teacher and SENCo.
* Assist with planning, differentiation and, where appropriate, lead small group teaching sessions.
* Support the development and progress of pupils, including those with additional needs.
* Build positive relationships with pupils and staff and work as a key member of our team.
Requirements / Qualifications
* A passion for teaching children and helping them flourish across the curriculum.
* Commitment to the achievement of pupils and pride in work.
* Ability to develop strong relationships with pupils and staff.
* Experience working as part of a team and commitment to ongoing professional development.
