Site Supervisor – Rugby Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:00 We’re looking for a Site Supervisor to join a well-known facilities management business on a large industrial site in Rugby. This role would suit a Site Supervisor or Facilities Coordinator with strong organisational and health & safety skills who’s confident managing work orders, and permits. As a Site Supervisor, you’ll be: * Acting as the main site contact for day-to-day service delivery * Managing work orders, and issuing permits to work * Supporting the FM with planning, scheduling, and compliance tasks * Reviewing RAMS, maintaining records, and ensuring safe systems of work As a Site Supervisor, you’ll need: * A background in facilities management or engineering * Strong understanding of health and safety (IOSH or NEBOSH preferred) * Organised, proactive, and confident liaising with engineers and contractors * Computer literate with experience using CAFM/CMMS systems * Ideally electrical bias, but not essential This is a great opportunity for a Site Supervisor or engineer looking to step off the tools and into a more office-based, leadership role within a stable FM environment.
