What you will do: Manage a caseload of adolescents with complex safeguarding needs, completing timely assessments, plans, and reviews in line with statutory guidance. Undertake child protection enquiries and contextual safeguarding assessments. Work directly with young people at risk of criminal or sexual exploitation, providing them with the support they need. Develop and implement outcome-focused Child in Need, Child Protection, and care planning interventions. Ensure that the voices of young people are at the heart of decision-making processes. Collaborate effectively with families, schools, police, health, Youth Justice, Missing, and Edge of Care services to deliver coordinated multi-agency responses. Person Specification: Qualifications: Degree or postgraduate qualification in Social Work (BA, MA, DipSW, or equivalent). Registration & Compliance: Current registration with Social Work England.
