Knaresborough
£50,000 + OTE (£60,000)
Monday to Friday - 8.45am - 5.30pm
Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing sales team in Knaresborough.

The Role
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, managing team performance, and ensuring targets are consistently achieved. You will play a key role in motivating and developing the sales function while helping to shape the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve KPIs and revenue targets
* Monitor performance and provide ongoing coaching and development
* Conduct regular one-to-ones and performance reviews
* Drive a positive and high-energy sales culture
* Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained
* Work closely with senior leadership to support business growth strategies
* Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for improvement
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Sales Team Leader position
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Experience within automotive finance, financial services, or a fast-paced sales environment is desirable
* Target-driven with a hands-on management style
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to inspire and develop a successful sales team
