I am working with a global asset manager who are looking for an experience direct tax professional to join the team. This is a 12 month FTC, starting as soon as possible.
The manager will be involved in the tax compliance across the company's property funds and related entities.
This is a hybrid role.
The compliance manager will:
* Prepare and submit UK corporation and partnership tax returns
* Oversee REIT compliance, tax payments, and HMRC correspondence
* Manage non-resident CGT compliance and outsourced processes
* Identify capital allowances opportunities within property funds
* Collaborate with the wider tax team on group relief claims, audits, disclosures, and ad-hoc compliance projects
The ideal candidate will:
* Be a qualified tax advisor or an accountant or lawyer, or equivalent with current tax knowledge
* Have extensive experience in property tax compliance and tax accounting
* Have knowledge of tax of UK REITs, non-resident CGT, and Jersey Property Unit Trusts
* Background in financial services or real estate (in-house or practice
