Job Description
* Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house and running the store when needed
* Build and manage a successful team to deliver excellent service and maintain accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment where targets are met
* Deliver the best possible Bath & Body Works experience in store, including team advising and selling products, acting as brand ambassadors, and maintaining the store space
* Create an atmosphere of support, motivation, and inspiration within your team
* Demonstrate a hands-on approach to all commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside the team
* Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate to meet business needs

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will need to evidence their right to work in the UK before employment begins. This role is typically not eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to Home Office skill requirements. Candidates should consider their own right to work options without Next sponsorship.
