About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Teacher to work within a specialist alternative education setting supporting pupils with SEMH needs. The role involves delivering a personalised curriculum while supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing and behaviour development.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
* Adapt teaching to meet individual learning and emotional needs.
* Foster positive relationships with pupils and staff.
* Implement behaviour management strategies consistently.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress.
* Support pupils in developing confidence and self-esteem.
Skills & Experience
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
* Experience in SEMH, PRU or alternative provision is desirable.
* Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
* Flexible, reflective and resilient approach.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
