Due to a growing workload from new clients and increased repeat business, they are expanding their building surveying team and seeking a Senior Building Surveyor/Project Manager. Last year, they had a turnover of £7 million, with £5 million coming from the building surveying team.
The role primarily involves managing projects within the education sector, from inception to completion, including work on universities, schools, and colleges, with the potential for projects in other sectors as the company continues to grow. The successful candidate will handle a diverse range of instructions, focusing on design and contract administration for new builds, extensions, refurbishments, and elemental renewal projects.
