Job Description
A Grinder is required to join a manufacturing company in the Aldridge area of Walsall on a day shift pattern. The company manufacture dies and tooling for the printing industry.
Your duties and responsibilities as a Grinder will include;
* Hand sharpening rotary dies, focusing on the cavity inside the die to ensure tight spec finishing
* Using scopes to re-sharpen repaired dies
* Operating grinding machines to accurately grind metal dies to tight tolerances and achieve high surface finishes
* Using measuring equipment to ensure precision and quality
* Supporting general production activities where required
The hours / pay rates for this Grinder role are;
* Mon-Fri, 7:00am - 3:00pm (40 hours)
* Paying £15.00 per hour
* Temp to perm
