Roku is the #1 TV streaming platform in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, with a mission to power every television in the world. We connect consumers to content, publishers to audiences, and advertisers to opportunities. From day one, you’ll contribute in a fast-growing public company that values initiative and impact.

About the Team: People Shared Services (PSS) unites key People functions—Talent Operations, Onboarding, Payroll, People Programs, People Experience, Workplace & Facilities, Global Security, Health & Safety, People Analytics, and People Systems & Solutions. We deliver seamless transactional People services, optimize processes, ensure global compliance, and build scalable, tech-enabled solutions across the candidate and employee lifecycle. The team partners closely with other People functions to streamline communication, documentation, and programs with a people-first, automation-driven mindset.

About the role: The Project Management Specialist supports successful planning, execution, and closing of projects. You will coordinate resources, monitor timelines, manage end-to-end risk, and work with program managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to keep projects on track.

* Coordinate resources across departments to ensure project needs are met effectively and efficiently, keeping all team members aligned.
* Monitor project schedules, track milestones, and identify and resolve risks or delays.
* Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, status reports, project plans, and change requests.
* Facilitate clear communication across project teams and stakeholders, ensuring all parties are informed about progress and changes.
* Identify and assess potential project risks and help develop mitigation strategies; escalate significant risks to project managers and leadership when necessary.
* Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and requirements before closing.
* Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and support the adoption of best practices within the team.
* Provide ad hoc assistance to organize PSS and project management resources, manage shared resources, and maintain accessible project information across platforms.

Qualifications—we’d be excited if you have

* 2–4 years of experience in project management support or coordination roles.
* Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
* Ability to identify challenges and proactively develop solutions to keep projects on track.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams and with stakeholders.
