Responsibilities
* Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from Sales, Service and Parts customers and records the amount received
* Verifies accuracy of the customer's bill using the dealership's computer system and closed paid tickets
* Records monies received on daily settlement sheets and verifies against cash-on-hand
* Operates the telephone switchboard
Qualifications
* Starting pay of $11.00+ per hour
* Superior customer service skills
* Excelling communication skills and high attention to detail
* Ability to multi-task
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Ability to work some evenings and weekends
* Professional personal appearance
* Experience preferred but not required
* Must have a clean driving record and pass a drug screening prior to employment
* Purge, update, compile, sort, and file service/sales files
