Junior Business Systems Technician / Software and database support (Sage X3 ERP / Salesforce / SQL)You love IT Support but want a change. Data interests you and you have been learning SQL, already good with Excel knowledge. You want to combine the two but are struggling to figure out how. Helping users with data requests, software support, onboarding and technical issues.SQL is an interest, excel naturally too. Salesforce is a huge bonus but overall, we need you to be interested in data, support, troubleshooting, interacting with people and solving their software issues.Ideally you will have some IT support experience but if not, a solid foundation to build upon including SQL and Excel (this will be tested).You'll work in a close-knit team of 5 with great support from senior colleagues. You'll start the role with comprehensive training on X3 and Salesforce and will always have someone to ask for help. Despite this, you will be self-driven, comfortable researching and finding a fix yourself, taking the satisfaction from solving any issue.Career progression is real here, we'd expect you to become an expert and start gaining promotion within two years, forming knowledge across the systems and working towards SME (subject matter expert).Salary is around £23,000 - £29,000 plus benefits including 25 days holiday (plus bank), Life Insurance, access to occupational health, therapy, nutritionists, health checks, online GP access, mental health support, discounted BUPA, free spa and gym membership, opportunity to travel, regular staff events, career progression, paid training and more!The role is based on-site in Clacton-on-Sea so you must be able to drive and be happy to be in the office.The company is a stable, well-established, world renowned electronics specialist.
