As a duty manager, youâll be Leading and Inspiring, running the day to day by mixing signature cocktails, running food, speaking to customers to keeping the day to day smooth and fun, Team Coaching and Collaborating with Managers!
Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire the team, manage day-to-day hospitality operations, and ensure smooth and engaging customer experiences.
* Mix signature cocktails and coordinate food service during shifts.
* Communicate with customers to maintain a fun, high-quality service environment.
* Coach and collaborate with managers to develop team performance and operational standards.
Qualifications
* Experience in a supervisory or duty manager role in hospitality or similar service industry.
* Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
* Ability to manage multitask responsibilities and maintain high service standards.
