As Assistant Park Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the day-to-day magic of the park in South Manchester. Working closely with the Park Manager, you’ll empower a talented team to deliver exceptional customer service and unforgettable experiences.

What We’re Looking For:
5. 3+ years in a management or leadership role.
6. Experience managing large teams and driving performance.
7. Strong financial and KPI management skills.
8. Event planning expertise.
9. Excellent customer service and engagement skills.
10. Knowledge of H&S standards and compliance.
11. Tech-savvy with Microsoft applications.
12. Bonus points for IOSH or First Aid qualifications!
