The Role In this role, you will: Partner with a broad range of clients to shape reward frameworks that support business priorities and workforce needs. Offer specialist guidance on compensation design, benefits programmes, incentive structures, and job evaluation. Lead or support key reward initiatives such as pay equality reviews, executive pay projects, and total reward redesign. Interpret benchmarking data, reward trends, and internal insights to deliver clear, informed recommendations. Produce high-impact deliverables including reports, presentations, and insights for senior stakeholders. Strengthen client relationships by providing thoughtful, tailored advice across all areas of reward. Monitor developments in regulation, market practice, and emerging reward trends to keep clients ahead of the curve. What Youll Bring You will thrive in this role if you have: Solid experience in reward or compensation, ideally gained in a consulting environment or a complex corporate setting.
