Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Essex. The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of products, from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Responsibilities include product planning, market research, collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining product requirements, and monitoring project timelines. The role also involves identifying opportunities for product improvements, streamlining business processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Strong product management, roadmap development, and project planning skills
* Experience in conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and strategic decision-making
* Proficiency in enterprise software and business solutions like Microsoft Dynamics 365, BC, NAV, or similar
* Effective communication, collaboration, and leadership skills for working with diverse teams
* Background in the Manufacturing, Retail, or Pharmaceutical industry is a plus
* Familiarity with regulatory standards like GDP and GMP is advantageous
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field preferred
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
