Learning Support Assistant for SEND (TA3)
Grade E SCP 11 17 with SEN Allowance
(Actual salary £20,122.86 to £22,075.42 per annum)
30 hours per week, term time only working 8.40am - 3.10pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Fridays and 8.40am till 4pm on Tuesdays
Required for as soon as possible, maternity contract until 21/07/2025

We are seeking to appoint an experienced Learning Support Assistant to provide a higher level of support across the curriculum so that learners secure swift progress. We are looking for exceptional colleagues who can meet the following criteria:
* The ability to work effectively within a team environment and on their own initiative
* A general understanding of the curriculum and of classroom roles and responsibilities
* A passion for ensuring that each and every learner flourishes and feels proud of their achievements
* Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
* Current holder of the Teaching Assistant Level 2 qualification or higher
* Several years’ experience in a previous school
* A willingness to take on the additional responsibilities associated with the TA3 position
* A willingness to work towards the Level 3 qualification
