The Role Join one of Londons premier corporate sites in Canary Wharf as a Chef de Partie, working within an elite fine dining brigade. We are looking for an organized and experienced chef to work alongside our Sous Chef, creating exceptional dishes using the finest ingredients for a high-profile clientele.
The Details
Salary: £37,500 per annum
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Shift patterns, no weekends)
Hours: 40-hour contract
Environment: High-end corporate location serving 80100 covers for lunch and dinner
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Sous Chef to deliver high-quality fine dining menus.
Ensure every dish is prepared with consistency, precision, and excellence.
Manage your section efficiently within a fast-paced, premium kitchen environment.
Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining or 5-star establishment is preferred, but not essential.
