Release Manager – ITIL – Northampton, Northamptonshire – Hybrid Role Salary: £50-60k excellent benefits, with hybrid working We're looking to recruit a Release Manager for a leading software solutions provider to join their technical services team & drive positive change. Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate all Information Systems change activities, encompassing software releases and infrastructure changes. Govern release activities, establishing safe and efficient change delivery frameworks. Refine and document a robust Change Management process aligned with best practices. Collaborate with Service owners to develop effective Release Frameworks for streamlined release management. Develop training materials and conduct sessions to drive positive Change within an ITIL environment. Collaborate with Agile/DevOps teams to ensure smooth change implementation without hindering productivity. Core Skills: 2-3 years' experience in ITIL Change and Release Management. Essential: ITIL Foundation v3 or ITIL4 certification. Ability to influence and promote best practices. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
