Overview
An exciting opportunity has become available for Band 3 Phlebotomists at Russell's Hall Hospital Outpatient Emergency Department and Paediatric Clinic. This role involves providing a phlebotomy service to children in the Children's Department at Russells Hall Hospital, and also supporting the Emergency Department with phlebotomy and cannulation of patients. Working hours are between 8am and 10pm, across a 7-day service including weekends, Bank Holidays and Christmas, depending on the Paediatric Department or Emergency Department requirements. Full clinical skills training will be provided to support the service. The successful candidate must have existing phlebotomy experience and be willing to undertake cannulation training.

Responsibilities
* Provide high quality phlebotomy services to paediatric patients in the Children\'s Department.
* Support the Emergency Department with phlebotomy and cannulation of patients as required.
* Participate in multi-site working across partner Trusts to support flexible service delivery.
* Engage in required clinical skills training to maintain and develop competencies.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Existing phlebotomy experience is essential.
* Willingness to undertake cannulation training.
* Potential involvement in working across the four Black Country Provider Collaborative trusts as appropriate and safe to do so.
