HCA UK is proud to be the largest employer of private patient GPs specialising in corporate healthcare in the UK.

Our patients primarily London-based corporate professionals through employer insurance schemes value a comprehensive, personalised GP approach. This means time-rich consultations, proactive health management, and meaningful doctor-patient relationships, including coaching for lifestyle and behavioural change and preventive medicine.

Whether you’re focused on general practice or advanced health screening, you’ll have the tools to deliver truly personalised care and the time to care in 15minute to 1 hour appointment times.

Many of our GPs also run specialist clinics in areas such as menopause, neurodiversity, and men’s health.

For those interested in development, some of our GPs go on to study the Diploma in Lifestyle Medicine or Occupational Health with our support, and enjoy attending a wide range of CPD events.

As a GP with HCA, you’ll enjoy quality time both in and outside of work, thanks to structured, pre-booked appointments during office hours—no late nights, no out-of-hours work, no on-call duties, no weekends, no home visits, and no last-minute walk-ins.”

What you will do:

7. Deliver comprehensive private patient GP services for the working adult population in 15-30 minute appointment times.
8. Conduct advanced health screenings and lifestyle coaching conversations: Use extended appointment times up to 1 hour, to explore patients’ goals, support behaviour change, and develop actionable health plans.
9. Perform procedures such as blood draws, vaccinations, smear tests, ECGs, prescribing, and antenatal checks.
10. Leverage advanced diagnostics: Access HCA’s cutting-edge technology and rapid testing facilities to deliver timely, precise results. With our Patient Navigation Team, patients can be swiftly booked into the care of leading consultants across HCA’s world-class hospitals and diagnostic centres.

You’ll be at the heart of a seamless, premium healthcare journey. If you have a passion for “prevention rather than cure” and lifestyle medicine, this could be the role for you!
