Sue Ross Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a highly respected specialist HR and employment law services provider, to recruit an HR Advisor for a permanent role (full time or part time, 4 or 5 days per week). The successful candidate will work with a portfolio of retained clients, delivering high-quality advice and support on a wide range of HR issues Key Responsibilities for the HR Advisor role: * Deliver pragmatic and tailored HR advice to organisations across diverse sectors. * Draft and prepare a wide range of HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures. * Manage the HR needs of your own client portfolio, building strong and trusted relationships. * Provide guidance on employee relations matters such as investigations, grievances, and disciplinaries. * Support clients with strategic HR initiatives including restructures, TUPE, mergers, and acquisitions. * Develop HR resources, policies, and tools and contribute to training and workshops. * Participate in business development activities, including networking and events. Candidate Requirements for the HR Advisor role: * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR advisory role. * CIPD Level 3 qualified (preferred) * Up-to-date knowledge of HR best practice and ideally employment law. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. * A solution-focused mindset with the ability to adapt across different industries. * Excellent organisational and project management skills. * Confidence in working both autonomously and collaboratively. * Enthusiasm to engage in business development and client relationship building.
